Mazda RX-8

The Mazda RX-8 is a four-door rotary sports car made by Mazda in Japan from 2003 to 2012. Its weirdest quirk: The rear-hinged 'freestyle' rear doors overlap the front ones and there's no B-pillar, so you can only open the back doors once the fronts are open.

A rotary-engined sports car that Mazda's bosses only approved on the condition that it had four doors. So it got four doors, just not the normal kind.
